Courses

cookNscribble virtual courses combine an online teaching platform, weekly workshops via conference call, and podcast interviews with some of the leading lights of the food media world—to supply emerging and established food voices with the skills and support needed to take their food writing to the next level. The courses are serious business and a lot of fun.

Each course includes a syllabus of recommended reading, week-by-week assignments, and a three-month trial membership to cookNscribble TRIBE—so that students may interface with each other and connect to a larger, international food writing community.

Coursework is submitted and reviewed on cookNscribble’s virtual teaching platform. Workshop calls take place on a free conference line—however some international carriers do charge for the use of this line. Please check with your phone plan to confirm. All log-in and dial-in information is included in the seminar packet and sent to each student upon registration completion. Space is limited and course payments are non-refundable. Dates may be subject to change.
